Mental Health First Aid In The Workplace
As of my last update in September 2021, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses were being offered both in-person and online to individuals and workplaces. These courses aim to educate participants on how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health issues in others, providing them with the skills to offer initial help and support until professional help is available.
