Klaus Hommels is a notable name, but one of his investments seems to offer only modest returns. Even more worrisome are deals made by his partner. One of his early-stage funds is currently underperforming compared to the best funds, with a nearly 10% net return. This is especially important as the term comes to an end. One of the funds made a well-known deal when it invested in Spotify, which at the time of its IPO in 2018.
